Cloud nine systems cleaned my carpet with the wrong products. Concequently the carpet in my media room was damaged beyond repair. Cloud nine system made several visits which only made the intial situation worst. Cloud nine admitted on several occation that the problem was their fault and agreed to replace the carpet. This was over eight months ago. I have been more than reasonable with over ten further visit to assess the damage with all visit producing the same results the carpet needs replacement.
