I purchased a leather belt from coach and was told that it came with a lifetime warranty. The belt holes ripped from one to the next until the holes became a slot no longer holding up my pants. I sent it to Coach for repair or replacement. It was returned untouched along with a letter stating that " after careful evaluation, our craftsmen have determined that we are unable to repair your item". The letter goes on to say " In addition to returning your original item to you, we would like to offer you a 40% discount on your next COACH U.S. purchase of an item".

First, they cheated me on the belt quality ($150.00), then they lied about a lifetime warranty, and now I'm out the time and money sending the belt back. Why would I ever buy another product from COACH at any discount? Beware buying any COACH item these people are crooks.
