I purchased a leather belt from coach and was told that it came with a lifetime warranty. The belt holes ripped from one to the next until the holes became a slot no longer holding up my pants. I sent it to Coach for repair or replacement. It was returned untouched along with a letter stating that " after careful evaluation, our craftsmen have determined that we are unable to repair your item".
