I ordered 3 coach handbags to take as Xmas gifts to relatives in Bogota, Columbia. After I received them I realized the quality was awful---not at all the quality Coach produces: crooked seams and stitching, white stitching showing on outside of handbag, parts of handbag not matched and a very,very cheap lining which didn't even fit tha bottom of the handbags and would easily tear. In thei return policy on their website the handbags are returnable but they refuse to honor their own policy. They offered me 8 percent of the $250.00 I had paid for them. They have no phone no. So you can't talk to a representative, only by email which I have none several times. Unfortunately, I had to purchase the 3 CoCh handbags in a retail store because I was too embarrassed to give as gifts. DO NOT PURCHASE COACH PRODUCTS ON COACH ONLINE OUTLETS. You have no consumer poprotection. I AM going to submit a claim to my bank ank to MasterCard.
