This is the second time I have been treated this way and this time I will never go there again and when my lease us up I will
probably look for another type of vehicle to lease. I made an appt to receive a routine 15000 mile service for my CTS Cadillac.
I arrived at 9 50 and was told to wait by my car and someone would be with me in a few minutes. There was only one man writing
peoples paperwork up. After he would look at the car he then took the people into the office for several minutes before returning to the
area. A gentleman pulled up after I did and when the service man came back after 20 mins this gentleman (who had been complaining to
anyone who walked by the he was kept waiting) was taken before me. I did not want to cause a scene so I patiently waited until 40 minutes
after I arrived and still had not been written up asked to speak to a manager. After several minutes of trying to locate the manager a gentleman
comes out and I explain to him what happened. I told him this was the second time I have been treated badly there and I was leaving and not going to return. Dont go to Coast Cadillac!
