This is the second time I have been treated this way and this time I will never go there again and when my lease us up I will probably look for another type of vehicle to lease. I made an appt to receive a routine 15000 mile service for my CTS Cadillac. I arrived at 9 50 and was told to wait by my car and someone would be with me in a few minutes. There was only one man writing peoples paperwork up. After he would look at the car he then took the people into the office for several minutes before returning to the area.
