This sounds like a Ripoff I have been trying for several days to return a product to them I keep getting a waiting time of 58 minutes or a "busy" tone because they are so busy in dealing with other customers. They say you must have a RMA # or you will be charged the full amount and if you return it they will charge a stocking fee.
My question is How do we stop this from happening to me and probably millions of other.
