Ordered a TV stand on 7/9 listed 'in stock' on the website. With the 1st time buyer/free shipping code (that they advertise repeatedly on the site), it was a good deal. After 11 days the order was still 'processing' and listed as 'sent to warehouse'. I sent an email to customer service to look into what the problem was. Two days later I received a message that they were not getting any more units from their supplier and that they cancelled my order. Even today, the stand is listed as 'IN STOCK'. There are no phone numbers listed to call, so the only way to communicate is through their email system. It looks to me that they didn't want to honor free shipping on a heavy item. If that was the case, all they had to do was let me know that there is a weight limit on the free shipping offer up front instead of letting me place an order and making me wait 2 weeks for nothing, making up an excuse and cancelling. Customer service is a joke. Never ordering again and posting here to warn others.
