Ordered a TV stand on 7/9 listed 'in stock' on the website. With the 1st time buyer/free shipping code (that they advertise repeatedly on the site), it was a good deal. After 11 days the order was still 'processing' and listed as 'sent to warehouse'. I sent an email to customer service to look into what the problem was.
