Mr. Coffey, the self proclaimed "short sale king" has listed the condo adjacent to mine (two condo fee simple complex) as "Not Fee simple" since August 2009. Attempting to make a sale through deception and lies - the property has not sold in 19 months. Meanwhile I am stuck with upkeep of the property, paying insurance on both units, and over $2500 in expenses. IS it ethical for Mr. Coffey to list the property for different prices on different sites! One lists at $78, 900 but if you dig he also lists at 89, 000, then lies and tells prospective buyers there is an offer higher than the short sale price. READ up on why realtors push for short sales - THEY profit. Not the seller, not the buyer. Buyer beware - fee simple condos have legal documents for the provision of the property. When one owner walks away, the other is screwed. It is the worst real estate deal you could imagine.
