Mr. Coffey, the self proclaimed "short sale king" has listed the condo adjacent to mine (two condo fee simple complex) as "Not Fee simple" since August 2009. Attempting to make a sale through deception and lies - the property has not sold in 19 months. Meanwhile I am stuck with upkeep of the property, paying insurance on both units, and over $2500 in expenses.
