I purchased inks from them since September of 2009 and I have not yet received my items nor my refund! I have called them countless times I they sad they sent out my order but when they tried to track it the tracking number doesn't exist. After 5 months of calling and complaining they said they will reward me a refund. Weeks pass by and I call again they told me its being process. It is now more then a year I still have not gotten my refund. I still continue to call and complain, but every single time they are conveniently unable to take my calls!! DONT ORDER FROM THEM I've experienced the utmost worst business mannerisms.
