Billing
product ordered on line 19th dec 09.Item shipping date on invoice 21 12 09 recieved goods on 30 12 09. Cancelled future supplies of item 07 01 10. A chg of £76.93 taken from my bank a/c on 11 01 09. This was advertised as a 14dy FREE TRIAL offer, when i rang to complain i was told that the free trial perod of 14dys began on the day the goods are ordered and not from the date the item is recieved. This is grossly unfair and misleading and i will be pursuing this complaint through every avenue possible until i get my money refunded

Unauthorized Charges
This company sent me a confirmation indicating a price of $4.99 but charged my account $170. I called numerous times; sent many emails yet they refuse to refund the money. They told me to return the product which I did and then they said that I should have returned it to an address in China not Utah! This is a scam. Everyone should sent a letter to the FTC.

Misleading advertising
I ordered free trial samples of Colon Cleanse and AcaiBerry and cancelled within the timeframe for membership. I have since been debited £76.76 twice (exhorbitant and overpriced as it is). The small print is misleading and I would never have paid approx £150 for further tablets - I haven't even used the sample. I can see it is now going to be a struggle to get this money back and it does not constitute fraud according to my bank as I gave out my bank details initially (which was to cover postage) - yes, I know I should've known better.
To add insult to injury - my bank has said I will have to pay £90 in bank charges as I am now overdrawn and they are threatening to close my bank account!
What a mess...

Took money from my account
Saw the ad on a website and thought I'd try it. I recieved a sample for $.99 cents for the shipping. That was about 2 months ago. Now they charged my account TWICE at $79 and TWICE with the shipping at $3.95. My bank and I are working through this, they gave me a number to call (877-216-5245). Also, when you call the number, it gives you a website to go to where you can cancel your account and see what they charged you. However, only ONE charge of $79 and $3.95 was recorded on the site for me to view, which makes your bank statements the most reliable source.
I cancelled my account with them and also froze my card. If the holds they put for those amounts go through, I am filing a police report to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! And also, I hope this information helps you solve your problem. If it weren't for my bank helping me, I would have been worse off.

Unauthorized charges
In June I ordered a free trail sample colon cleanse elite and Accie Berry at 5.95each. after numerous attempts to deliver it, I was billed 89.95 twice and did not receive the product. I tried to phone the number on my credit card, waited on hold for 45 min each time and was disconected. Finally I received an e-mail stating I had to pick it up . I replied I did not want it, I was not aware of any free trail period. He said I had to sign for it and return it. The post office would not send it back without a country code. After more emails, which took days in between to answer, I got an address, sent it back at the cost of $25 and still never received credit. Then another shipment shows up!! I start all over again. It is impossible to reach anyone over the phone. No one resopnds to the e-mails. I have repeatedly asked for this to stop and again today received another receipt for delivery.I had asked to be stopped numerous times. Now I have a phone bill for $160 too. They are using differnt company names and phone numbers and when I call, It is the same recording.I am out $400 now and want it to stop.The company names are MTXsupplements, Weightsecrets, Homehealtstore, QualityHealth.

Internet scam
I purchased colon cleanse and acai berry free trials back in June 2009. I was informed that there was a 14 day free trial and thought 'wow, great offer.' I was aware that I would have to make some contribution to the shipping payments. These turned out to be £12.74 for quality health and then £37.64 for maxacaib. I received my products and did not think anymore. On 18th june 2009 a payment was then taken from my account to quality health for £50.20. I immediately contacted the acai berry site who informed me that they have removed me from their list and will not take any further payments. On 22nd June 2009, a refund was made into my account for £35.60 from maxacaib but then on the 24th june 2009 a debit of £37.62 was taken from my account to health and beauty???? I immediately contacted the customer support for colon cleanse via e-mail and instructed them to cancel my account as they had sent me another bottle and taken money for it. I then asked for a refund and they sent me the address to send the bottle back in which i did instantly to the address in china. On 10th July 2009, I sent the botlle back and got a receipt from the post office. Since then I have sent a number of e-mails asking where my refund is and they still have not sent it to this day. I have since noticed that more transactions have been made from my account. 30th june 2009 to membershir??? £4.45, webaccess?? £2.02. 2nd july 2009 to tipperhealt for £62.03. 19th august 2009 to vh access cyprus for £2.04. 20th august 2009 to health member cyprus £4.46. 19th August 2009 to vh access cyprus £2.04 and 20th August 2009 to healthmember cyprus £4.46. I have now conatcted the bank and have to send them all of the documentation. They have informed me that a number of people have been involved in this scam.

Colon Cleanse
I ordered Colon Cleanse free trial yeah right! for 1.99 I don't remember seeing any terms and conditions I found this product on the Rachel Ray website! I received the product in like 4 days and then on Oct 13 I got charged 79.95! So I immediatley called the number my bank had next to the charge and they gave e a cancellation number and said I had to send the product back so I did 6.00 more dollar and I also paid to get a confirmation the packaged got confirmed on 11-7-09 and today is the 18th so I decided to call the number 8772165245 and the lady asked for my zip code and my email and told me that I only had thirty days from the ordering to return the product so she couldn't get me a refund so I asked her to send me the pills back and she said they couldn't and on and on about the place where it was sent probably cause it is in a different country from where she is! So no refund no pills what the hell! Any advice!

taking money
i went on the free trial since then they have took two lots of £85.00 out of my bank i have not recived them, i phoned and cancelled my subsciption as i did not know i was under this and read through proapley before doing it, there for i demand a full refund from yourselves other wise will have to take this further.( had free trail tablets)thanks for cooperation and hope to hear from you soon.

Didn't want this product but you charged me for it anyway
I have not ordered any products from you recently, and now you are charging me somewhere around $80 for "Colon Cleanse" when I did nothing to "order" said product. I can return the product if it means getting my money back, and I want to know how you can stop charging me for items I do not want. Get away from my credit card account.

Charges before receipt of product
I guess I am not alone based on previous posts - this company advertises free trials for 14 days but does not tell you that is from the point they supposedly ship not the point you receive the product. So, I get the product and 2 days later call to cancel and they say my 14 days is already up and my card has already been hit for a non-refundable $83.00. Top that off, they screw up the cancellation and I get hit for another $89 (why it changed I have no idea) 14 days later. They agree they screwed up on the cancellation and promise me a refund - but I have not seen either the first or the last charge refunded yet. To add insult to injury- the last charge which should have never occured made my card go over the limit and I got a $35.00 charge for that and they will not reimburse me for their mistake on that either. The is a pure internet SCAM.
