I guess I am not alone based on previous posts - this company advertises free trials for 14 days but does not tell you that is from the point they supposedly ship not the point you receive the product. So, I get the product and 2 days later call to cancel and they say my 14 days is already up and my card has already been hit for a non-refundable $83.00. Top that off, they screw up the cancellation and I get hit for another $89 (why it changed I have no idea) 14 days later.
