Company does not provide a valid web site(url) in order to cancel shipment. Telephone calls are not answered by a live body. E-mails can only be submitted during alleged business hours.

I had the same exact situation with this company! They charged 88.97 to my bank account and I cannot get a hold of any one. Total ripoff!

I got an e mail offering me a teeth whitening kit sample for free. All I had to do was pay for shipping which was $4.99 and to insure my purchase for $1.00. I used my credit/debit card to pay. I did get the whitening kit. Then 2 weeks later I had a charge for $88.97 through my bank. I called my bank and they gave me the number of the company. The company's name was colonex700. I didn't order anything from colonex I ordered a teeth whitening kit. I have never even heard of this company nor did I want to. I tried and tried to get a hold of someone. Finally I did. He told me that he would refund my money through a 3 way call with my bank, so I asked for his name and a direct extension. I called my bank, they told me that the company colonex had to make the 3 way call to the bank. So I called Colonex back. The extension I had been given was invalid. So I kept calling, finally someone answered and when I told them who I was they hung up on me. I called back and now they are saying the only way to give me a refund was to email their billing dept. I asked for a phone number to the billing dept. and they said they do not have a number. I called my bank a filled a dispute. Hopefully they will be able to get somewhere with this because it caused me to overdraft my account and took up my whole day with phone calls. I couldn't be more frustrated. I wonder how a place like this stays in business.
