Stay away

I rented a surround sound in Dec 2010 from Colortyme. When It was hooked up it did not work. It was sent in for service I was not given a loner, But was told that it would be repaired so I kept making payments. They brought it back and hooked it up only to find it didnt work. The Colortyme associate stated they would get me another one. I had contacted Colortyme several times and was told they were waiting on it to come in. It is now March and no surround sound and no loner I went in and talked to the new manager aboout the situation I was told that I would have to talk to her boss.I have been a good customer and paid all my payments on time not missed any payments. I asked them to credit the amount to a fridge I was also paying on. Which left a balance of $39.00 They refuse to refund my money. How do these people sleep at night I know its just $39 Still it is the principle of I work hard for my money and they just swindle people out of it.

BED BUGS!!!!!!

I received a couch from this company about two weeks ago. We had just moved to a new place and needed to get some furniture until we could outright some. I also have a tv and a washer and dryer. So all in all I pay this company around $350 a month. Ever since they brought the couch everybody in my home has been itching. I have never dealt with bed bugs so I didn't even think of that. I just assumed it was the laundry soap I bought because we got the washer and dryer the same day. Then a friend of mine calls me and says that she just got a couch from them and it was covered inside with BEDBUGS! I immediately went to the couch and started to pull it apart. Nevertheless, I found their eggs and some of the bugs, Now they want to act like it's not their problem because I gave them the couch back as soon as I saw it. Please be warned, if you live in Middletown, Ohio I have found three others this week who have also gotten the pesty little creatures from the same place. Now I am stuck to boot a couple of thousand dollars in bills when I can't afford to because I have five children.
