I rented a surround sound in Dec 2010 from Colortyme. When It was hooked up it did not work. It was sent in for service I was not given a loner, But was told that it would be repaired so I kept making payments. They brought it back and hooked it up only to find it didnt work. The Colortyme associate stated they would get me another one. I had contacted Colortyme several times and was told they were waiting on it to come in.
