I would never suggest anyone do business with Compass. The managers are trained to avoid you. The Branch Manager in Jacksonville had to ask his boss permission to put me through to his voice mail. If you do not believe me, call your Compass Branch location and ask to speak with the Branch Manager...Good Luck !
They are under investigation for violating federal anti-trust laws because they tried to force customers to use Rapport Software. Anyone see that ad when you tried to log on the web site?? If you did, you should moniter this because you may get a large check one day ! I closed my account in August, 2010 and now I get a collection service letter saying I am $224 withdrawn?? They can't even tell me what it is for ! I am suing Compass Bank BBVA, but I can only sue the local branches, because this bank is headquarted out of the USA. They are not regulated by the State of Florida or any other State. They are fraudulent and do not care for their customers.
