I would never suggest anyone do business with Compass. The managers are trained to avoid you. The Branch Manager in Jacksonville had to ask his boss permission to put me through to his voice mail. If you do not believe me, call your Compass Branch location and ask to speak with the Branch Manager...Good Luck ! They are under investigation for violating federal anti-trust laws because they tried to force customers to use Rapport Software. Anyone see that ad when you tried to log on the web site??
