Quoted one price, sent email confimation and took deposit to hold truck / date. Showed up 8 hrs late and driver tried to extort 30% more in travel time, RE: possible accidents, traffic etc. Driver said he wouldn't do move unless we pay invoice before loading and balance before load comes off at new home.

Truck was a ratty Enterprise renegade rental unit formerly from some home delivery service and had paper signs .

Called office and Sara ( sales gal ) tranfered call to only on-site manager ( Brittany ) whom also demanded we pay the up charge. She said "didn't you read the fine print?" and called my wife an asshole. After I agreed to extortion company decided they didn't want job and told driver to return and not do move.

These people suck and are a pack of thieves!!! Run!! don't walk away from these folks.
