Quoted one price, sent email confimation and took deposit to hold truck / date. Showed up 8 hrs late and driver tried to extort 30% more in travel time, RE: possible accidents, traffic etc. Driver said he wouldn't do move unless we pay invoice before loading and balance before load comes off at new home. Truck was a ratty Enterprise renegade rental unit formerly from some home delivery service and had paper signs .
