unauthorized charges to card
I am now living in Denver, Co. 80238
I had 4 charges on my Wachovia Visa card. When I realized the 4 charges of $12.00 I didn't even know what it was. I called credit card co--they said call Complete Savings & ask to stop. I did. They owe me $48.00. I had NO idea they were charging my account.
My new address Sandra W. Whittaker 8783 E 29th Place, Denver, Co
80238 303-284-6511. I would appreciate it if you can help in any way. Thanks Sandra Whittaker
Charges were 4/09-7/09( 4months)

Scam
I bought some brakes from Autoparstwarehouse.com and after they arrived, APW sent me an email to fill out to receive $10 on my next purchase. I started to fill out the form and then realized that they were asking way too many questions and did not finish the form. It was too late, I thought that I was signing up for a $10 discount, but really I was tricked into signing up for a $12/month subscription from Complete Savings. All you have to do is copy the last 4 digits of your credit card number to start the $12/month subscription. A few weeks later I got a Visa bill for $12 from Complete Savings. I called Visa to dispute the charge and I called Complete Savings to cancel the subscription. CS informed me that they got my credit card number from APW and informed me that I should have read the small print. I dont remember any small print saying that I was signing up for a subscription, and I never received any emails or anything of value for my subscription fee. I checked CS out on Google and read about this scam between many other vendors and CS. Looks like CS has tricked many customers over the last 6 months and there are many complaints on this website. Im surprized that they are still in business. My recommendation: dont buy from APW and dont sign up for any emailed cash discounts.

unauthorized $12.00 on my CC
Got a Benefit and Billing Reminder Notice from Complete Savings. First, I don't know this company, never heard of it. Secondly, why are they charging me a $12.00 membership fee every month which I'm not a member and will never be. Thirdly, how did they get my credit card number which in the first place I DID NOT authorized. I tried to call them but nobody answer the phone. Now, I don't know what to do...

Money scam
I just ordered pizza online and clicked on $10.00 off your next purchase. Next thing I know I am being socked $12.00 /month on my credit card bills for the next four months. I think this type of third party billing has to stop. This is a fraud for sure. Websites and businesses like these should be taken down immediately. Where are the web police?

unauthorized $12:00 Fee
Going over my monthly credit ballance, I noticed a $12:00 payment to a company called Complete Savings. I have never even heard of such a company. I called the toll free number on the bill, and got a run around number. So I took the advice of another victim, and dialed the number 0 and got a real person. I cancelled and I am supposed to get a refund, hopefully. Beware! This is a scam

Unauthorized bank charge
Just like everyone else has reported so far, I just discovered an unauthorized $ 12.00 charge in my bank account. Interestingly enough no phone number was listed for complete savings so I had to call my bank in order to get it. In any case, when I called said company to complain about the charge and ask that it be reversed, I was informed that I "subscribed" to their services during one of my online purchases from Petco. This is absolutely mind boggling!!! What's worse is that a company like Petco would allow them to tag on to their site and scam people monthly out of their hard earned dollars!

Scam
These charges started appearing on my charge card about 5 months ago. I never asked for nor received any service. This is a stealth charge that I only found when balancing my checkbook after unfortunatly not doing it for several months.

SCAMS- from ticket master
Yesterday I received an email asking if I would like to cancel my membership with complete savings. I had no idea who complete savings were so I checked my account information. I have been getting chargers $12 for the last six months from this scamming website. I asked how they received my information and they said I signed up when I bought tickets through ticket masters. I did a little research on complete savings and they have been known for scamming off websites and stealing people’s personal information. I believe ticket master should be aware of this and this company should be punished. All these scams on the internet make it impossible to ever feel comfortable buying anything online. BEWARE OF COMPLETE SAVINGS

Please help anyone 

Thank you

This is a Scam
I noticed an unusual "Complete Savings" charge of $12.00 on my credit card. I called Complete Savings at the number listed after the charge. At my request they immediately canceled my membership and refunded my money. They have an automated membership cancellation option but you have to talk to a person (Dial Zero) in order to get your money refunded. The customer service rep was very nice but a scam artist is still a scam artist.

What bothers me is how Complete Savings got my credit card info in the first place.

What I learned was Performance Bike www.performancebike.com gave them my credit card information.

At some point during a Performance online sale you are offered the option to join "Complete Savings". You may opt in and assume that Complete Savings is a Performance Bike savings program. You would be WRONG!!! Complete Savings is a completely separate company from Performance.

You don't enter any credit card info after you opt in so what's the worst that could happen? More junkmail? WRONG AGAIN!!!

Performance has transferred your credit card information to Complete Savings.

Soon you will start seeing $12.00 charges from "Complete Savings"

Now you have to call Complete Savings and cancel your membership. Hopefully they refund your money as they did mine.

Providing 3rd parties with credit card information resulting in unauthoried charges
I ordered from Pizza Hut and others have ordered from FTD Florist, JC Whitney Tiger Direct, Vista Print and clicked a box requesting that they send you coupons and discounts information and suddenly started receiving $12.00 monthly charges? Where did these companies get access to our credit card information?

It turns out when you order online at these companies they supply your credit card info to a 3rd party company, in this case, COMPLETE SAVINGS, and they start charging you a monthly fee for discounts you never get on products you never order. The way it works: the Pizza Hut site offers you money off your order for filling out a survey. The survey is much longer than you expect. when you click out of it, it signs you up as agreeing to Terms and Conditions, which is a lie. Then Pizza Hut gives your credit card info to a company you never heard of.

I am looking to put together a group of individuals who have had their credit card charged through COMPLETE SAVINGS and are interested in putting a stop to these types of fraudulent practices.

While the Senate Commerce Committee is investigating these practices, as consumers, we have the right to sue the merchants directly. If you have been wronged and interested to participate in a class action, please reply here or email me at [email protected].
