Just like everyone else has reported so far, I just discovered an unauthorized $ 12.00 charge in my bank account. Interestingly enough no phone number was listed for complete savings so I had to call my bank in order to get it. In any case, when I called said company to complain about the charge and ask that it be reversed, I was informed that I "subscribed" to their services during one of my online purchases from Petco. This is absolutely mind boggling!!! What's worse is that a company like Petco would allow them to tag on to their site and scam people monthly out of their hard earned dollars! read full review »
