Fraudulent site and product. Ordered on 01/24/2011 and received computer repair disk in a timely fashion. After installation received “error 1005” at which time my laptop was completely wiped clean. I have multiple other laptops so not the end of the world. I simply email [email protected] and waited for a response. I travel all the time so I was more than patient waiting on a response. After many weeks and realizing I had not heard back I sent another to everyone on the contact page. And again after several weeks if not a month no response. I did this yet another time and again today which I added a delivery request to the email and not surprisingly none of the email where delivered. This site is fraud and as of a few minutes ago still up and running.
