Fraudulent site and product. Ordered on 01/24/2011 and received computer repair disk in a timely fashion. After installation received “error 1005” at which time my laptop was completely wiped clean. I have multiple other laptops so not the end of the world. I simply email [email protected] and waited for a response. I travel all the time so I was more than patient waiting on a response.
