Can somebody please tell me how I can complain about a real estate company in Bahrain?

They have taken a large Reservation deposit from me for a property that did not originally belong to the Owner, but someone else owned it, and now they are refusing to refund my deposit. The situation has become more complex in
the past 3 months. Because of the mal-practise and illegal service by this real-estate company I need this money back due to lack of trust, but despite my several amicable efforts this real estate company is still not returning my deposit.

I am a UK investor in properties in Amwaj islands. If Bahraini real-estate companies behave in such a bad manner then they will give a 'bad' name to this industry in Bahrain and have repercussions throughout, let alone bad publicity amongst other Property Investors ! Investors will loose confidence if these real-estate 'conmen' continue their poor ethics in
Bahrain.

Is there a Body in Bahrain that oversees the working ethics of real estate companies in Bahrain ?
