This was the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. I made contact with Connect Computers via the price watch web site. I called and ordered the AMD 1900 computer system special I saw on price watch and made a couple of upgrade to the system. My system arrived minus 256MB of ram. Basiclly, I was told that what recieved was what I ordered. After contacting the company president and American Express I did finally get the additional ram three weeks later. However I have discovered a problem with one of the USB ports, the port does not function and I am hesitant to have them fix it for me.

Another note of interest, since my purchase I have not seen Connect Computers listed as one of the vendors on the Price Watch web site.
