This was the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. I made contact with Connect Computers via the price watch web site. I called and ordered the AMD 1900 computer system special I saw on price watch and made a couple of upgrade to the system. My system arrived minus 256MB of ram. Basiclly, I was told that what recieved was what I ordered. After contacting the company president and American Express I did finally get the additional ram three weeks later.
