I ordered flowers online and didn't get exactly what I ordered. I had read their policy on substitution but I specifically stated NOT to substitute anything. I wanted exactly what I ordered. I was out of town and when I got back and saw the flowers, they were not what I ordered. I called and they said there was a 5 day return policy. I mentioned I was out of town and the very helpful girl on the phone said, "well i'm sorry sir, I don't know what to tell you" I went back online to see if there was anything about a 5 day policy and there wasn't. Never again will I use ANY Conroy's flowers. Ever.
