I ordered flowers online and didn't get exactly what I ordered. I had read their policy on substitution but I specifically stated NOT to substitute anything. I wanted exactly what I ordered. I was out of town and when I got back and saw the flowers, they were not what I ordered. I called and they said there was a 5 day return policy.
