They are totally unethical and a total ripoff con artists.

My girlfriend booked this moving company. When she called they told her that all the moving boxes and packaging material were free. But once we got to the destination they started charging for the boxes, the packaging around your mattress. This came to be an additional $200 to the original estimate. And they would not unload unless I pay the additional amount.
Before they ubnload they estimate the unloading time, in this case it was 2 hrs, but I helped them and got it unloaded in an hour. And I told them I wanted a refund for the last hour. Since all the charges were put on my credit card they said that they will take it off once they get to their office. But today when I was checking the credit card statement the charge was for $629 instead of $539 ($90/hr moving). They are totally unethical and a total ripoff. I have called and complained theri office about the additional charge but no action yet.
