We purchased 16 double hung, 1 picture windows on 5/23/03 from the owner (Jessie Gorski) of the Continental Window South, Inc. They were installed 6/17/03. On September 2009 I called different to provide me with a free in home estimate for new windows, because of lots moisturized, always wet from inside. They told me that, these windows you have the seal was broken, the rubber between the glasses was broken and falling down, not installed correctly, not an original vinyl windows, it was recycling vinyl windows. On 10/05/09 I called the Continental several times to inform them of problem. Continental Window South, Inc. sent someone out to look 17 windows broken part. They said it would be to replace only the picture window. I waited for several weeks no answered from the Continental Window South, Inc.
Throughout this entire ordeal, the owner (Jessie Gorski) of the Continental Window South, Inc. Had never called to offer any kind words. Now I am stuck waiting for these windows to be fixed. I am also having lots moisture on the inside of the windows. This is very bad.

Please DO NOT buy any windows or service from the Continental Window South, Inc.
