We purchased 16 double hung, 1 picture windows on 5/23/03 from the owner (Jessie Gorski) of the Continental Window South, Inc. They were installed 6/17/03. On September 2009 I called different to provide me with a free in home estimate for new windows, because of lots moisturized, always wet from inside. They told me that, these windows you have the seal was broken, the rubber between the glasses was broken and falling down, not installed correctly, not an original vinyl windows, it was recycling vinyl windows.
