I will never order from coolcontrollers.com again. I ordered an XBOX controller with just a color change on the buttons and the front face. They sent me an email 3 days later asking if I wanted a Rapid fire mod installed. I did not respond to the email and they promptly sent me another email with a request within a few hours for an additional $25.00. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If I wanted a modded controller I would have ordered a Modded controller. They took it upon themselves to add the MOD to the controller.

This is a hoax! They steal your money! We ordered a controller the first week of January 2010 and today is February 25, 2010 and we have no controller. They state the first one must of got lost in the mail. They then give us a fake tracking number on the so-called second controller. We poor people are out $109.00 while some jerks are living the high life at our expense. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
