I will never order from coolcontrollers.com again. I ordered an XBOX controller with just a color change on the buttons and the front face. They sent me an email 3 days later asking if I wanted a Rapid fire mod installed. I did not respond to the email and they promptly sent me another email with a request within a few hours for an additional $25.00. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If I wanted a modded controller I would have ordered a Modded controller. They took it upon themselves to add the MOD to the controller. read full review »
