My complaint about this collection agency I phoned in to let them know that the recipient of the past due bill past away. I gave them specifics of the death and informed them the death is not officiated by the county yet because I am still awaiting results from the toxicology report. I informed them, the only official document I had was the obituary. The collection rep responded with a nasty response by saying who cares, no one cares your brother died and hung up the phone. I called back 5 minutes later to speak to a manager but I had a difficult time getting connected to one. The second rep was getting an attitude after I explained my story and told me know one would be able to help me. He stated I was wasting my time. I am could not believe what was happening. I told him to please connect me to a manager and he hung up the phone on me.

I would like everyone to know about this company. I was providing them with a courtesy call and all I got was crap from people who call themselves collection reps.
