My complaint about this collection agency I phoned in to let them know that the recipient of the past due bill past away. I gave them specifics of the death and informed them the death is not officiated by the county yet because I am still awaiting results from the toxicology report. I informed them, the only official document I had was the obituary. The collection rep responded with a nasty response by saying who cares, no one cares your brother died and hung up the phone.
