I purchased a device with multiple handpieces from Frederick Clay Keith of Cosmetic Laser Store aka Clay keith also owns American medical Equipment in Destin Florida. I have still not received 2 of my handpieces as promised. Clay does not return phone calls or emails. I am located outside of the USA and feel I have been scammed. One handpiece was supposed to be refurbished but showed up with 206, 0000 shots on it. Does anyone have information on his whereabouts or his attorneys name and number? I have spoken to another doctor in my country and he is having a similiar problem with him.
