I shipped Clay keith owner of American Medical equipment and Cosmetic laser store my Deep IR handpiece. he was siupposed to trade it out for a 1064. As of today I still have NOT received it. this has been going on since last september. When i questioned him about it, he first stated he had no knowledge. I purchased a device with multiple handpieces from Frederick Clay Keith of Cosmetic Laser Store aka Clay keith also owns American medical Equipment in Destin Florida. I have still not received 2 of my handpieces as promised. Clay does not return phone calls or emails. I am located outside of the USA and feel I have been scammed. One handpiece was supposed to be refurbished but showed up with 206, 0000 shots on it. Does anyone have information on his whereabouts or his attorneys name and number? Unpaid employment invoices, buyers owed money for undelivered equipment, delivered equipment not matching serial numbers promised, took handpiece to sell and never returned ot or paid for it. Unreturned phone calls, emails and text messages. Promised refund payments but buyers have not received. Does anyone have Clay Keiths attorney information? read full review »
