I live in an apartment where nothing is fix when it need to be fit. It not worth what is being paid for it. I am cold off and on in this apartment. Regardless how high I run the heat it still cold. I have a high light bill because I run the heat on high. I have call and complain so much I'm tied. I really would like to know is there a place where I can report my apartment complex and fix it so I can break my lease and move. Because If I didn't pay my rent there would evict me now I want to know since they not fixing anything how can I break my lease and move on. I have stess so much about nothing being fix until I went to the doctor to find out my blood pressure up and that when I realizes it time to move on my health are at state. Some one please help me and tell me how to report these peoples and break my lease so I can move on...Pam
