I live in an apartment where nothing is fix when it need to be fit. It not worth what is being paid for it. I am cold off and on in this apartment. Regardless how high I run the heat it still cold. I have a high light bill because I run the heat on high. I have call and complain so much I'm tied. I really would like to know is there a place where I can report my apartment complex and fix it so I can break my lease and move.
