They are selling faulty Creative Zen mp3 players. I spent a couple hundred dollars on two Creative Zens - 4G and a 16G. BOTH players froze up within 1 month of having them. When I contacted customer support I received a generic reply with some things I could do to try and fix the problem. I have scoured their help forums as well as customer reviews at various sites and this is a common complaint - the player freezes (as well as bad customer support). The only thing Creative will tell you is to make sure the firmware is updated, reboot after a "clean up" or reformat. Well that works - for a day or so. A solution is supposed to fix the problem, not temporarily patch it. I think if you pay close to $300 (for both) they should work correctly. People shouldn't have to go through resetting the their player every day just to enjoy it.
