They are selling faulty Creative Zen mp3 players. I spent a couple hundred dollars on two Creative Zens - 4G and a 16G. BOTH players froze up within 1 month of having them. When I contacted customer support I received a generic reply with some things I could do to try and fix the problem. I have scoured their help forums as well as customer reviews at various sites and this is a common complaint - the player freezes (as well as bad customer support).
