Called to cancel on 6/1/2011. This company CSR rep said I would get a full refund. I was refunded $ 1.00. What that amount represents I have no idea. Just know that this useless service was billing me $ 29.95 monthly and that is the amount that should have been refunded if you call on the first day of the month. Called to speak to them about a refund on today, 6/13/2011. First level CSR robot said that I cancelled via automated service and they do not say they got a refund. Have an MBA and I know the word refund and processed were mentioned whether it was a machine or an robot CSR. Once first level rep said they do not issue refunds except mysterious and ridiculous $ 1.00. Then I got a SUPERVISOR and I use all caps because he had the stupidity to tell me that he was the only supervisor at CreditScoreComplete.com. Imagine that not haveing a boss and you make all the final decisions. Must be some great employee not to need any manager. Well I do not think so and still want my refund. Called one of their competitors once to cancel and spoke to a lovely women who immediately "made and exception" and processed refund for a full amount not $ 1.00. Good service and courtesy are out there along with arrogance and lack of service/satisfaction just like I have been dealt by CreditScoreComplete.com. Thank you.
