Called to cancel on 6/1/2011. This company CSR rep said I would get a full refund. I was refunded $ 1.00. What that amount represents I have no idea. Just know that this useless service was billing me $ 29.95 monthly and that is the amount that should have been refunded if you call on the first day of the month. Called to speak to them about a refund on today, 6/13/2011. First level CSR robot said that I cancelled via automated service and they do not say they got a refund.
