I woke up to extremely loud hammering and drilling above my head at 7:30 in the morning on April 1st, 2010. I waited a half hour until the leasing office opened and called asking them what the noise was and they had explained how the tenants above me had recently moved out and they were putting in a new floor that would take a total 0f 2-3 days maximum. The construction above my bedroom had continued for weeks. I called the manager asking why it is still so noisy and explained how I only want to sleep so I can go to work rested She explained with no concern, "they are still working on the apartment and that will go on 'AS LONG AS IT TAKES'". She said there would be no prorate for our time spent with this construction noise in the wee hours of the morning and that there was "nothing she could do". If yoiu do want to rent from Crestview, be aware you could be woken in the morning with unbareably loud construction above your bedroom that can carry on "AS LONG AS IT TAKES".
