I woke up to extremely loud hammering and drilling above my head at 7:30 in the morning on April 1st, 2010. I waited a half hour until the leasing office opened and called asking them what the noise was and they had explained how the tenants above me had recently moved out and they were putting in a new floor that would take a total 0f 2-3 days maximum. The construction above my bedroom had continued for weeks.
