What do you call a “company” that ships late (if at all) with an invalid tracking number, gives weak reasons, doesn’t refund when requested but tries to bill you twice for an order you never get and has no business license?? Feels like a scam to me and is exactly what happened when I ordered a leaf copper pendant from Crystal Cradle Inc. It was a gift for my wife for her birthday. The order confirmation said it would arrive in time. The day it was to be delivered, I receive an email saying it just shipped the day before and an invalid tracking number. After asking for a real tracking number they tell me they don’t know how the shipment was addressed, their regular shipper was on holiday and the guy filling in may be dyslexic??? As if that wasn’t questionable enough, they tried to bill my credit card a second time after saying they “shipped” me a replacement “on the house.” I have never received anything from them!!! I later found out that not only are they not listed with the Better Business Bureau but worse still they don’t even have a business license!!?!?! I doubt these guys are even real!! Think twice before dealing with Crystal Cradle Inc.!!! Better yet, order from somewhere else!!!
