What do you call a “company” that ships late (if at all) with an invalid tracking number, gives weak reasons, doesn’t refund when requested but tries to bill you twice for an order you never get and has no business license?? Feels like a scam to me and is exactly what happened when I ordered a leaf copper pendant from Crystal Cradle Inc. It was a gift for my wife for her birthday.
