Poor customer service and poor business practices, with false info on website.

I placed an order for a mailbox on Aug 2d; the website stated they had 30+ in stock and item would ship in
5-7 business days.

I received an email on Aug 12 stating the item was back ordered and would not ship until Sept 24th.

A check of the website on Aug 16th showed the item was still listing as 30+ in stock and ships in 5-7 business days. A call to the business was no help; 'sorry, its on back order, our webpage is wrong'.

From reading others comments on this site, sounds like this is standard operating procedure for CSN stores.

Cancelled the order, recommend others save themselves the aggravation and shop elsewhere.
